Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy
Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Items sold as final sale or pieces expressly indicated as such cannot be returned.
In the event of a defect or a shipping error, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 14 days. After verification, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item.
